Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.

Bake the crackers for 18-20 minutes, or until they’re crispy and golden brown. Remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
