Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine diced watermelon, tomatoes, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, and garlic.

Blend until smooth.

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan and stir to combine.

Add the freshly squeezed lime juice to the saucepan and stir to combine.
