9 servings

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Toppings: sliced fresh mango, shredded coconut, chia seeds, granola

Add the frozen mango, pineapple, coconut water, almond milk, and Greek yogurt to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the shredded coconut, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, and honey to the blender and blend until well combined.

Add ice cubes to the blender if you want a thicker consistency, and blend until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is the desired consistency.

Taste and adjust the sweetness or consistency as needed.

Divide the smoothie among 9 bowls.

Top each bowl with sliced fresh mango, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and granola.

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Mango Coconut Smoothie Bowls!

You can use fresh mango instead of frozen if it’s in season and available, just be sure to peel and chop it before adding to the blender.

If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add more ice or a scoop of banana “ice cream” for a creamier texture.

Replace vanilla protein powder with another flavor of your choice for a twist on the recipe.

You can also add a handful of spinach or kale for a green smoothie bowl that’s packed with nutrients.

For an extra crunchy topping, sprinkle some toasted chopped nuts or seeds on top of the granola.
