Ready Time

40 mins

10 servings

  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 10 slices of lettuce
  • 10 tomato slices

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey breast, chopped onions, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Mix everything well with your hands or a wooden spoon until just combined.

Don’t overmix! Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.

Flatten each ball into a patty about 3/4-inch thick.

Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

While the burgers are cooking, toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Once the burgers are cooked, assemble the burgers by spreading a small amount of Worcestershire sauce on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and finally the top bun.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Serve immediately and get ready for a delicious meal!

For a juicier patty, don’t overwork the turkey mixture and handle it gently when shaping into balls and flattening into patties.

Make sure to not press down on the patties while they’re grilling, this can squeeze out juices and make them dry.

If you’re having trouble getting the patties to hold their shape, try refrigerating the mixture for about 30 minutes before shaping.

If you want a more caramelized crust on your burgers, close the grill lid during cooking.

For a uniform cook, rotate the patties 90 degrees after flipping.

Store leftover burgers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
