Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the salmon cubes onto the bamboo skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the mixture evenly onto both sides of the salmon cubes.
