Ingredients

  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 5-6 lbs
  • Caesar dressing, 2 cups
  • large flour tortillas, 10
  • romaine lettuce, 2 heads
  • parmesan cheese, 1 cup, shaved
  • bottled Caesar croutons, 1 cup
  • red onion, 1 large, thinly sliced
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with freshly ground black pepper.

Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips. Meanwhile, lay out tortillas on a flat surface.

Spread about 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing down the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border on either side.

Arrange 2-3 slices of grilled chicken on top of the Caesar dressing on each tortilla. Add a handful of romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan cheese, and thinly sliced red onion on top of the chicken.

Sprinkle a few bottled Caesar croutons over the top of each wrap.

Drizzle with additional Caesar dressing if desired. Fold the bottom half of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.

Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
